Frequently Asked Questions
No, this is operational governance support. I do not take delivery accountability or run projects. I ensure risks, actions, reporting and ownership remain structured and functioning so delivery teams can focus on execution.
Yes. You do not need a full PMO or compliance function to benefit from effective governance. Structured oversight becomes more important as organisations grow.
- Engagements are priced by reporting output, not by the day.
- The base retainer covers one governance report and cadence from £1,500/month. Additional reports within the same engagement are available from £800/month each.
- Portfolio-wide engagements covering five or more reports are priced on request. Fixed-scope work is quoted per engagement.
If you are not sure which applies, get in touch and I will advise.
One report means one defined governance output on one cadence — for example, one weekly RAID and status update, or one monthly exec pack.
If you need separate reports for separate programmes, workstreams or audiences, each is scoped and priced individually. This keeps the engagement clean and ensures nothing gets deprioritised.
