How I Work
Governance should bring clarity, not noise.
I work alongside existing teams and leadership. My role is to ensure governance is usable, consistent and proportionate — not to create unnecessary layers or take on delivery accountability that isn’t mine to hold.
Control and visibility are the common thread
When risks are documented but not reviewed, they do not exist. When actions are agreed but not tracked, they do not progress. When reporting is produced but not understood, it does not inform decisions.
